DEWA recognizes MBRF’s contributions to its success and achievements

The Mohammed bin Rashid Knowledge Foundation (MBRF), represented by its CEO, His Excellency Jamal bin Huwaireb, was honored by the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), represented by His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of DEWA, during a ceremony organized to honor DEWA’s strategic partners.

Held at the Armani Hotel in Dubai, the ceremony was organized by DEWA to honor the efforts of its strategic partners from the public and private sectors. During the ceremony, the MBRF was honored in recognition of its relentless efforts to promote sustainable development and its substantial contributions to DEWA’s success and accomplishments, which have solidified its position among the world's top institutions.

HE Jamal bin Huwaireb expressed the MBRF’s pride in receiving this honor. HE highlighted that this demonstrates the MBRF’s dedication to supporting green urban infrastructure, adopting cutting-edge strategies to transition towards a green economy, as well as striking a balance between sustainable economic growth and the preservation of the environment and natural resources by spreading knowledge and awareness. He further emphasized that the MBRF’s efforts are consistent with its pledge to make Dubai a leading global hub for clean energy and a green economy. Moreover, HE also noted the significance of strengthening cooperation and forging partnerships in order to support international efforts to achieve sustainable development and create a better future for coming generations. He also shed light on the MBRF’s commitment to support national efforts to achieve urban sustainability in line with the vision of the UAE’s wise leadership.

This recognition demonstrates the crucial role that knowledge plays in creating effective solutions that support sustainable growth and address emerging challenges and problems.
